Hundred of Sydneysiders are warned they have been exposed to coronavirus by patients who visited Sydney's inner city and eastern beaches.
NSW Health added the David Jones city store, a Coles in Edgecliff, Bondi Beach Woolworths, and Uniqlo in Pitt Street Mall to its alert list.
Eleven train and bus routes around Bondi and on the north shore line were also put on alert as infected commuters rode them.
Anyone who visited Bondi Beach Woolworths Metro on Sunday between 5pm-6pm, or Edgecliff Coles between 7pm- 7.30pm on Sunday is considered a casual contact and should monitor pure cannabis oil for cancer symptoms.
Venues where coronavirus has been detected continue to pop up all over Greater Sydney
A NSW Health alert on Monday revealed infected coronavirus patients travelled beyond the Northern Beaches and into the inner-city and eastern suburbs.

Anyone who visited David Jones 86-108 Castlereagh St, in Sydney's CBD (pictured), on Sunday, 20 December between 2.10pm-2.45pm is considered a casual contact
If they are appear, people are advised to immediately get tested and isolate until a negative result is received.
The same advice applies to anyone who visited Kinokuniya on George St on Sunday, December 20, between 3pm-3.45pm, David Jones on Castlereagh Street between 2.10pm-2.45pm, or Uniqlo MidCity Centre, in Pitt Street Mall, at 4pm to 4.15pm.
Passengers who travelled on four bus routes across the city throughout last week are also now considered casual contacts.
The list of trips includes Route 333 on Monday between 7.30pm and 7.45pm, from Bondi Junction Station to Bondi Beach and Route 333 Tuesday between 9.45am and 10am from Bondi Beach to Bondi Junction Station.
Impacted Route 333 trips on Wednesday include one from Bondi Beach to Taylor Square between 9am and 10am and another from Taylor Square to Bondi Beach between 10.40am and 11.30am.
The same alert has been issued for Edgecliff Coles New South Head Rd and Ocean Ave (pictured) for anyone who visited the centre on Sunday, 20 December between 7pm-7.30pm

T1 North Shore Line trains listed are North Sydney to Wynyard on Wednesday, 16 December at 1pm to 1.09pm and two more the same day at 8.16am to 9.05am from Waitara to Wynyard and from Wynyard to Waitara between 4.52pm and 5.31pm.
On Thursday December 17, positive cases travelled on the T1 North Shore Line from Waitara to Wynyard at 8.17am to 9.01am and from Wynyard to Waitara between 6.40pm and 7.22pm.
